Business Developer (B2B) – 2 years’ Experience Needed - Hertfordshire- Permanent Role.
Location: Hertfordshire
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30
Purpose of the Role: To drive new business growth by identifying, engaging and converting B2B opportunities within the workplace change and removals sector. The role focuses on building a strong and consistent sales pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, multi channel outreach and effective lead qualification. By developing compelling sales messaging, engaging senior decision makers and maintaining consistent follow up. You will play a key role in securing new clients and contributing directly to the company’s commercial success and ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage outbound sales campaigns using Apollo.io.
* Run multi‑channel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
* Develop sales messaging and value propositions for workplace change projects.
* Present to and engage senior decision‑makers.
* Qualify leads and book Microsoft Teams meetings.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
* Follow up consistently to drive conversions.
* Collaborate with sales to refine campaigns and messaging.
* Meet appointment‑setting and KPI targets.
* Support marketing activity and attend networking events
* 2 years strong B2B sales / Telesales experience.
* Proven ability to win and develop profitable business.
* Hands on experience in campaign setup, outreach and reporting, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
