A vacancy has arisen for a part‑time HR Administrator. The post is part of a team and includes a wide range of responsibilities, primarily supporting recruitment and employee relations. The postholder acts as the first point of contact for email queries regarding recruitment, assists in coordinating all administrative aspects of recruitment and onboarding of new staff, enters records into the HR system, and takes notes to support employee‑relations meetings. From time to time, the postholder will provide support on payroll, training and timetabling to assist the team in managing workloads.

Qualifications
* Substantial and relevant experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in an HR environment.
* Proven planning and organisational skills, able to manage own workload within the team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and willingness to learn (or experience with) an HR system.
