Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the QIDP or the Residential Site Manager is responsible for managing housing programs that provide individuals with disabilities opportunities to live in a home-based environment, achieving the highest level of independence possible.
Assist individuals with disabilities in completing activities of daily living, including grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, driving to appointments, monitoring, documenting medication delivery, bathing, or assisting with hygiene. Plan and coordinate treatment services and care, evaluate services, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, enforce safety and house rules, and oversee maintenance and budgeting. Lead and supervise 8-12 staff members.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flex, On-call, & rotating weekends
Location: Swansea/Belleville IL
Salary: $61,080 - $63,080
Job Duties:
* Relations: Promote a person-centered culture, encourage independence, and ensure service quality. Supervise finances, maintain documentation, and ensure satisfaction.
* Plan and Coordinate Treatment Services: Organize care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in staffing and planning, and build relationships with team members and families.
* Provide a Safe, Homelike Environment: Maintain safety standards, enforce rules, supervise repairs, and participate in safety committees.
* Manage Expenses and Assist Administration: Approve purchases, supervise inventory, assist with budgets, and support public relations and surveys.
* Effective Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop staff, set expectations, evaluate performance, and foster a positive team culture.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent DD experience with HS Diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year working with individuals with developmental disabilities and supervisory experience.
* Certifications: CPR, First Aid, CPI, medication administration, Food Service/Sanitation within specified timelines.
* Pre-Employment Tests: Pass state literacy assessment.
* Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Background Checks: Pass criminal, registry, abuse, and driving checks; valid driver’s license required.
* Driving: Use of personal vehicle required for work-related travel.
