Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the Marine School customer service area and staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
* Ensure internal processes for the admission and enrollment of overseas students are updated in accordance with UKVI requirements.
* Motivate and develop designated staff to meet key performance targets for their areas of responsibility.
