Oliver Sanderson has been engaged to source a visionary leader to be the Interim Head of People Partnering and Shared Services Transformation. Working with one of the UK’s leading Professional Services businesses, you will drive strategic initiatives to revolutionise their HR landscape, optimise HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and deliver service excellence. This is a hybrid role with national travel
Reporting into the VP of Shared Services, you will:
* Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at transforming the People Partnering and Shared Services functions.
* Collaborate with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
* Develop and implement solutions to streamline HR processes, enhance service delivery, and drive operational excellence.
* Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of transformation efforts.
* Manage the HRSS function which covers the whole life cycle of the employees
* Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the change management process
* Deliver and ensure successful adoption of new practices and technologies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
Can you do the above, do you have the below?:
* Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives, with a focus on People Partnering and Shared Services functions.
* Deep knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, coupled with a passion for driving innovation and change.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and solutions.
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
