Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
* Maintain accurate site documentation and progress records.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and effectively.
* Lead regular site meetings and progress reviews.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments; however can also consider those from a commercial build background.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S compliance.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), and First Aid certification required.
* Full UK driving licence.
