Are you an experienced Catering Manager with a passion for great food, smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for someone like you to lead the catering team at a dynamic leisure retreat dedicated to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operation of the dining area, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
* Ensure all meals meet dietary, allergen, and special requirement standards.
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of catering staff.
* Foster a positive, safe, and enjoyable mealtime experience for young people and staff.
* Monitor food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with all regulations.
* Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and on time.
* Manage stock levels, budgets, and supplier relationships.
* Handle any concerns related to dining services or guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Catering Manager or senior catering role.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and special dietary requirements.
* A confident leader with excellent communication and team management skills.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.
* Experience working in high-volume catering settings.
* Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred or willingness to obtain).
* DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).
