Employment Paralegal / Newly Qualified Solicitor South Manchester- Hybrid We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Employment Paralegal or NQ Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team based in South Manchester. This is a fantastic role if youre looking to develop your career within a supportive, close-knit team dealing with employment law matters. Youll be joining a friendly team offering great exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters acting on behalf of respondents. In this position, youll be involved in a wide range of employment law work, including: Supporting fee earners on Employment Tribunal matters: drafting ET3 responses, preparing Early Case Assessments, liaising with clients and the Tribunal, reviewing evidence, assisting with Preliminary Hearings, and supporting the preparation of witness statements. Attending Tribunal hearings when required to provide support. Conducting legal research to assist with the development of case strategy. Preparing hearing and disclosure bundles and organising case documentation. Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective service for clients. Managing matters in line with Lexcel and SRA requirements. What theyre looking for; At least 12 months experience in employment law. Solid technical understanding of employment legislation. Confident communication and advocacy skills. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
