Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit an interim HR Manager, based in the Hull area. Interim HR Manager 12 month FTC Hull based Full time Up to £40k. September start As the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers a high quality and effective service across the full spectrum of HR, with a focus on Employee Relations. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Work autonomously to support managers with ER casework. Monitor staff absence including identifying employees who have hit absence review points. Attend monitoring meetings, supporting leaders to have effective conversations. Undertake absence related referrals as required. Support leaders in implementing organisational changes. We are looking for: Excellent experience managing ER cases form start to finish. Proven background working closely with managers, giving advice and guidance on ER related matters. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Ideally experience gained within Education or similar. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards. We are looking for a September start date to support with a maternity leave cover.
