At our 5-star lifestyle hotel, we don't just host events – we craft experiences that linger in memory long after the last canapé is served. We're on the lookout for a Groups and Events Sales Executive to manage enquiries for events and group accommodation across St Martins Lane and Sanderson.


What You’ll Do

* Turn ideas into reality – from boardroom brainstorms to penthouse soirées.
* Qualify leads, craft tailored proposals that excite, confidently negotiate, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Collaborate with chefs, creatives, and coordinators to deliver seamless, standout events.
* Keep our systems (and inbox) as polished as our Champagne flutes.
* Host creative, compelling site visits that bring our spaces and story to life.
* Work seamlessly with the planning team to ensure a smooth, professional handover post‑contract.


Qualifications

* Experience in proactive or reactive hotel sales within a luxury or lifestyle environment.
* A natural closer with a proven track record of managing pipeline and converting business.
* Commercially savvy, target‑driven, and motivated by results.
* Organised and detail‑focused, with strong CRM experience (Delphi preferred).
* A talented writer who can create engaging proposals that reflect each hotel’s unique personality.
* Confident, persuasive, and energized by client interaction.
* Familiarity with key industry platforms such as Cvent and Venue Directory, plus relevant agency networks.
* A true team player who thrives collaborating with planning and wider commercial teams.
* Flexible and adaptable – happy to hot‑desk across both hotels.
