The successful candidate will assist Site Managers in;\nâ¢\tEnsuring projects are completed safely, on time, to budget and to the highest quality workmanship.\nâ¢\tManaging subcontractors.\nâ¢\tDealing directly with design teams and clients.\nâ¢\tBuilding and developing relationships with new and existing customers.\nâ¢\tControlling projects to financial budget.\nâ¢\tFully embracing our Customersâ 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our customers. Assist the day-to-day operation of the site.\nâ¢\tEnsure accurate daily records (diaries, labour and material returns) are kept.\nâ¢\tSupport quality control procedures.\nâ¢\tSupport material procurement.\nâ¢\tComplete programme updates as required.\nâ¢\tLiaise with clients, design teams and wider stakeholders.\nâ¢\tAttend weekly subcontractor progress meetings.\n The successful candidate will:\nâ¢\tCan solve problems by acting on their own initiative.\nâ¢\tBe IT literate with excellent knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)\nâ¢\tBe self-motivated and proactive.\nâ¢\tHave a positive attitude and ability to integrate with and play an active part in our project teams.\nâ¢\tFully embracing our Customersâ 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our customers.\n\nThe successful candidate will work alongside a third-party training provider to complete their SVQ.
