This role will help us to do this by providing a professional driver labouring service that delivers an excellent customer experience. Adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Carrying out all aspects of labouring works * Undertaking builders and valet clean in empty properties * Assisting trades teams in all aspects of property repairs * Collecting and delivering materials and supplies to customers' homes and empty properties * Completion of mould washing and minor decoration works * Leaving customers' homes clean and safe and dispose of waste in line with our company policy * Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the needs of our customers We need people who have: * Experience in undertaking labour duties and associated multitasking activities in empty properties and customers' homes * Sound building and construction knowledge * General building maintenance repair knowledge * Experience of working within a similar role undertaking general labouring / valeting duties * Full valid UK driving licence Everyone’s welcome here.
