Site Manager Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our site in the Buckinghamshire region. We are currently working with a leading contractor who are looking to strengthen their construction team.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
1. You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day to day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health and safety which is paramount.
2. You'll be working on a brand new, New Build Care Home project
3. Planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from start to finish
4. Supervising and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient task allocation and progress monitoring
5. Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and managing risks to minimise accidents and injuries
6. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications / Skills:
7. CSCS card
8. SMSTS
9. First Aid
10. Have previous experience working on Care Home projects
11. Organised individual
12. Looking to progress within your career
