📄 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
💰 Salary: £27,000 per annum
🕘 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working - after probation)
You'll play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service:
Consultative Selling: Create and maximise sales opportunities through a consultative approach while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Product Expertise: Recommend the best products suited to customer needs, upsell associated services, and provide official quotes.
Follow-Up: Chase quotes and maintain communication via phone and email.
CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
Team Support: Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by supporting management and colleagues.
Main Duties Include:
Deliver high levels of customer service aligned with company standards
Confidently recommend products and solutions over the phone
Upsell and explore additional opportunities
Provide quotes and product information via phone and email
Follow up on quotes and enquiries professionally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Record communications and product details in CRM
Continuously develop product knowledge
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Support other duties as assigned
