Overview
Sales Executive / Account Manager opportunity in Edinburgh to join a high-performing sales team. Earn potential is uncapped with experienced teammates achieving double commissions.
Base pay range
£28,500 - £30,000 basic salary per annum DOE. Edinburgh HQ – brand new, state-of-the-art offices. Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, deliver technical demos, and close new business opportunities within a new and existing customer base.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and customers across direct and indirect channels.
* Manage a high volume of opportunities, aiming to consistently close multiple deals per month.
* Develop a strong understanding of the client’s product suite, competitor landscape, and wider IT/SaaS industry trends.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, leveraging Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and leadership support to maximise deal success.
* Engage in consultative, value-based conversations with IT service providers, public sector organisations, and resellers.
* Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to customer needs, highlighting scalability and customization benefits.
* Consistently execute successful closing tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills & Experience
* 1+ years’ experience in a sales/SDR role, preferably within the IT/SaaS industry; open to candidates with the right attributes for a fast-paced tech sales environment.
* Target-driven with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets and KPIs.
* Previous SaaS sales experience or knowledge of channel/reseller sales is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
* Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success in a high-energy, performance-driven sales culture.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at varying stages and keep CRM updated.
