Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Recruiter located in Blackburn. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additional duties include developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with department managers to forecast hiring needs, and maintaining a database of potential candidates. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience and successful integration of new hires.
Qualifications
* Experience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
