What Youll Be Doing
* Managing recruitment processes: posting job adverts, preparing interview packs, and coordinating candidate communications
* Supporting onboarding: issuing offer letters, completing pre‑employment checks, and setting up new starters in our HR system (iTrent)
* Handling confidential data with accuracy and discretion
* Responding to HR queries via phone, email, and in person
* Maintaining trackers and reports to monitor progress and compliance
* Collaborating with colleagues across HR and Payroll to ensure smooth service delivery
What Were Looking For
* Strong administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with HR systems (e.g. iTrent) is helpful but not essential
* A proactive, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn
* Flexibility to work on a casual, short‑term basis as required
