This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and payroll administration. What You'll Be Doing: Providing vital administrative support to the HR team Assisting in the development and implementation of HR processes and systems Managing employee records, ensuring compliance and accuracy Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Handling safeguarding and right-to-work checks Maintaining and updating HR databases, ensuring seamless payroll processing Being a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring confidentiality at all times What We're Looking For: Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in IT systems and administrative processes A confidential and professional approach to HR matters Minimum Level 2 qualifications (Grade 4 / C or above) in English, Maths, and Science What’s in It for You?
