An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to join a well-established, reputable company within the Financial Services sector, based in London. This is a great role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with Managers, Stakeholders, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general HR support to Managers and employees across the business.
* Support the HR team with day-to-day HR duties, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and administration.
* Assist in policy development and updates in line with current legislation.
* Collaborate with Managers and Stakeholders to support business needs.
* Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
* Provide advice and guidance to employees and Managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (Workday experience desirable but not essential).
* Support various projects and initiatives across the HR function.
The Successful Candidate Will Have/Be:
* Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
* Resilient, confident, and able to manage a busy and varied workload.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Experience supporting Managers, Stakeholders and wider business functions.
* Proficiency with HR systems; Workday experience would be an advantage.
