Job Role:
Cafe Service
* Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes during busy service periods.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency.
* Work efficiently while keeping your section clean and organised.
* Contribute to daily specials and seasonal menu ideas.
Production Kitchen
* Prepare large batches of soups, sauces, fillings, and ready-to-go items.
* Follow established recipes and production schedules.
* Ensure correct labelling, storage, and food safety compliance.
* Assist with stock rotation and waste control.
