ITS Construction are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of two new industrial units in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional to manage all aspects of the construction process on a high-profile project from start to finish.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring that the projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow across both sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the construction of two industrial units from site mobilisation through to handover
*
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives to maintain programme and quality
*
Implement and maintain Health & Safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations
*
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve any issues proactively
*
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, progress logs, and health & safety records
*
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Conduct site meetings and toolbox talks to keep all teams aligned with project goals
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience managing industrial construction projects, preferably multi-unit developments
*
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead multiple subcontractors effectively
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
*
Relevant qualifications including:

CSCS Card
*
NVQ Level 6
*
SMSTS
*
First Aid
*
Ability to work independently while delivering on project goals and deadlines
*
Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs
