Graduate Site Manager
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £28-30K
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily site operations, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and quality control measures.
* Collaborate with the project team, including design professionals and engineers, to meet project specifications and requirements.
* Maintain accurate site documentation, including permits, drawings, and project schedules.
* Monitor progress, resolve any issues, and report to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
* Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Willingness to travel and work away from Home
