Sales Executive - About the Role: As part of our ambitious sales team, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. Your role will be varied and hands-on, including: Phone-based sales : Engaging with prospects, explaining our solutions and generating new business. Account management : Developing relationships with existing clients to ensure they get the most from our platform. Retention and renewals : Maintaining client loyalty by providing excellent service and ensuring renewals run smoothly. Prospecting : Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients in target industries.
