HR Administrator, Temporary, Full-time, South Belfast

Your New CompanyHays are recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to deliver an efficient, customer-focused, high-quality Human Resource Service.
Your New Role

1. Manage and coordinate the provision of the HR administrative process in a timely and consistent manner.
2. Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of policies, terms and conditions and employment legislation.
3. Be responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in respect of each process and to the agreed high standard
4. Ensure the full and effective use of electronic HR systems.
5. Support the team to develop their skills, knowledge and use of systems
6. Be responsible for the collection and collation of relevant data to enable monitoring, analysis and reporting of HR information as required
7. Work collaboratively with stakeholders including management, staff, trade unions and the public
8. Undertake projects and surveys as agreed to ensure a high-quality HR service
9. Organise and take minutes at meetings and hearings as appropriate.
10. Assist in the co-ordination of, development and delivery of training programmes as required.
11. Work as part of a team, which forms part of the overall Human Resources and Organisational Development function.
12. Assist in identifying areas for service improvement to continuously develop new ways of meeting service users' expectations.
13. Participate as required in the regular meetings within the HR service.
What You'll Need to SucceedRQF Level 4 or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 years' experience in an HR departmentOR4 GCSEs (including Maths and English Language) AND 2 years' experience working in an administrative/customer facing environment (1 year of which in HR)OR3 years' experience in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year of which in HR)
14. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
15. Effective communication skills
16. Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
17. Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets

What You'll Get in Return
18. £13.60 per hour
19. Temporary for 4 months with possible extension
20. Full-time working pattern
21. Based in South Belfast
