Responsible for driving sales and promotion of intelligent conference room and AV integrated solutions, engaging customers to close agreements, and supporting business growth through strategic customer development and market insights.
Responsibilities
* Lead sales and promotion activities for intelligent conference room and AV integrated solutions to achieve business targets
* Conduct business discussions with customers to understand their needs and support the successful closing of sales agreements
* Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
* Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored AV and conference system solutions that meet their objectives
* Gather and analyze basic market information to support strategic sales planning and identify growth opportunities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines
* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
* Proven communication, presentation, and negotiation skills applied in sales contexts
* Self-motivated and results-driven mindset to achieve sales goals
* Experience in AV, conference systems, or related industries is an advantage
