Following continued growth and success, we're looking for a like-minded, energetic, and forward-thinking HR & Training Manager to lead our people strategy and support our expanding team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll manage and organise HR operations across our dealerships. From recruitment and onboarding to training and compliance, you'll play a key part in shaping our employee experience and supporting our performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with business goals
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and conflict resolution
* Identify training needs and deliver impactful development programs
* Oversee performance reviews and support career progression
* Manage compensation, benefits, and HR documentation
* Ensure legal compliance with employment law and regulations
* Drive retention strategies and reduce staff turnover
Candidate Requirements
* Proven HR experience (automotive sector knowledge is a plus)
* Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law
* CIPD qualification (or willingness to complete within 12 months)
* Tenacity and follow-through in training delivery and documentation
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* High attention to detail and confident communication style
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
* Full UK driving licence (for travel between sites)
