Référence 2025-165286 Description du poste Intitulé du poste HR Manager - Safran Aerosystems UK F/H Type contrat CDI Statut (CSP) Ingénieur & Cadre Temps de travail Temps complet Parlons de votre future mission Joining Safran Aerosystems Services UK as Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support to employees and the Executive Committee. You will manage a team of 2 people: HR and HSE. You will be responsible for managing the complete employee HR lifecycle and overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects for a perimeter of 90 staff members. To support business challenges, your key responsibilities will be: MANAGE HR ADMINISTRATION: PAYROLL, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS, HRIS DATA MANAGEMENT, AND REPORTING - Support annual salary review and bonus campaigns, manage competitive compensation and benefits procedures, and provide guidance on new approaches and improvements. - Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy and timely payments, manage payroll reports, P60s, and pension contributions, and liaise with the CFO for final checks and HMRC submissions. - Manage HR systems to ensure up-to-date data, generate payroll and KPI reports, and complete all HR KPIs with timely reporting as required. - Manage training systems and processes, plan and organize required and regulatory training, and maintain accurate records to ensure Group training targets are achieved. - Ensure HR administration complies with UK Data Protection requirements, maintain employee databases and records, and manage spreadsheets and correspondence for salary reviews and bonuses. PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT MANAGERS IN THE DAILY MANAGEMENT OF OUR TEAMS: - Advise and support managers on their day-to-day HR issues, including labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, performance reviews, and career/mobility management. - Support the management of individual cases: disciplinary processes; onboarding and effective induction; manage absence processes, exit interviews, and employee retention. DEVELOP EMPLOYEE SKILLS AND DRIVE CAREER PATH MANAGEMENT: - Monitor and support employees throughout their journey in the company - Manage external recruitment, promote internal mobility and maintain job descriptions DRIVE HR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS & LOCAL HR POLICIES: - Launch the annual performance review campaign and oversee the process - Facilitate salary review meetings with managers - Lead people reviews: identify and support our talents, identify at-risk individual situations and propose appropriate solutions, identify our strategic skills / critical resources and develop the associated action plan - Stay up to date on UK employment law and best practices. - Ensure Safran policies are maintained and updated regularly and implement local new policies as necessary. - Play an active part in the UK HR Network and attend relevant meetings.
