DXB Perfume is the UK’s leading distributor of premium Arabian fragrance brands. Through our distribution arm, we hold exclusive UK distribution rights for globally recognised brands including Afnan Perfumes, Ajmal Perfumes, Swiss Arabian, Rayhaan, and Gulf Orchid.
We supply major national retailers, online retailers, independent stores, and international distributors across the UK and global markets.
As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a commercially driven Wholesale Sales Executive to accelerate our B2B expansion.
The Role
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on wholesale growth and new market development.
You will be responsible for:
* Securing new independent and regional wholesale accounts
* Expanding distribution across the UK
* Identifying and opening international markets
* Managing and growing an existing wholesale portfolio
* Driving revenue while protecting gross margin
* Negotiating commercial terms within structured frameworks
* Increasing SKU penetration and repeat ordering cycles
This role is suited to someone proactive, commercially sharp, and confident in building new business from scratch.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years B2B sales experience (fragrance, beauty, FMCG preferred)
* Strong track record of opening new accounts
* Experience working with independent retailers and regional chains
* Commercial awareness and margin focus
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Comfortable with UK travel and trade exhibitions
Fragrance distribution experience is highly desirable.
