Contract Scotland are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a substation project in Keith, focused on cabling pulling and associated works.
Project Overview
This is a straightforward, hands-on site role involving:
* Cable pulling and installation works within a live substation environment
* Simple termination of cables at both ends
* Day-to-day site management and coordination
* Overseeing and managing scaffolding activities
* Ensuring safe, efficient delivery of works on site
Requirements
* Proven experience in cable pulling works
* Previous experience working on substation / power / utilities projects
* Valid site qualifications ideally including:
o SMSTS
o CSCS card (appropriate level)
o First Aid
* Strong site coordination and subcontractor management experience
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
