Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Quality Manager on a 6 Month Rolling Contract, based in Stafford/ Project Based.
Role Summary
To ensure all substation projects and activities comply with applicable quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements, maintaining consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
* Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
* Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including investigation, corrective actions, and close-out.
* Act as the primary quality liaison with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met.
* Monitor quality performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
* Support project teams with quality guidance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure documentation control and traceability of quality records.
Requirements
* Proven experience in quality management within substation, electrical, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
* Experience handling audits, inspections, and compliance processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
