Construction Quality Manager
Our client is looking for a Construction Quality Manager to be based in Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact on site for the client, ensuring that the product being constructed is built to the required construction issue drawings and specification.
* Ensure that the build quality is to an exemplar standard through all critical stages of the build.
* Provide advice for each business unit on construction activities for tender appraisals.
* Provide buildability advice during RIBA stages 1 to 4.
* Manage all elements of the construction during RIBA stage 5 and ensure a safe, defect‑free handover to the relevant third party.
* Ensure the end‑built product is compliant and of quality build.
* Manage all third‑party involvement during construction, including but not limited to Sales Progression, Sales and Customer Quality.
* Manage the supply chain and strategic partner relationships.
Pay is £400 per day - Inside of IR35.
