The Role
* Work closely with colleagues in the HR team to support the development of competitive and varied reward strategies.
* Recognise the hard work of their employees and support the ambitions to attract brilliant talent.
* Involved in discussions with senior leadership relating to their evolving reward and benefits strategy.
* Participate in new initiatives developed within the team.
Skills and Experience
* Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of benefits.
* Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design to implementation.
* Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes.
* Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas to senior leaders.
* Experience with Workday is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Flexible Benefit systems, particularly Darwin, is desirable.
