Ideally you will have worked in manufacturing, either FMCG or the food industry, so you understand the pace and demands of these environments. You can have the best plans all set for the week and then it can all change without notice. If you thrive on being able to pivot and work through those situations this could be just what you are looking for.
If you're not at Senior HR Officer level yet and looking for a supportive environment to make that step up, this is the ideal move.
If you can see there is no future progression where you are and you recognise all of the above as your current day to day, is this the change you need?
Joining this business allows for personal growth and development as you will be joining an experienced HR team so lots of knowledge and wisdom to learn from.
