Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll oversee the Customer Service, Account Management, and Shipping functions - ensuring teams work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional service and on-time fulfilment. This is a hands-on role where structure, communication, and attention to detail are key. You’ll bring strong leadership and organisational skills, the ability to balance people and process, and a drive to continuously improve performance. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate Customer Service, Account Management, and Shipping teams. * Oversee order processing and delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Build strong internal collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Production. * Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. * Drive process improvements and implement best practices. * Support team development through coaching and feedback. About You: * Experienced in customer service or operations management within manufacturing or distribution. * Strong leadership and team-building skills - firm but fair. * Excellent communication and organisational ability. * Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. * Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
