This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business and is located in our Knaresborough office in North Yorkshire.</p><h3>Role</h3><p>Sales - Inside Sales - P1 - GBR</p><h3>What Youll Be Doing</h3><p>The role involves working within a high performing team as a Sales Executive on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be key in growing Allstar’s commercial presence by bringing in new business partners and by successfully prospecting, selling and onboarding new clients.</p><h3>How We Work</h3><p>Based from our Knaresborough office in North Yorkshire. Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.</p><h3>Corpay Will Set You Up For Success By Providing</h3><ul><li>Assigned workspace in office</li><li>Company-issued equipment</li><li>Formal, hands-on training</li></ul><h3>Role Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Outbound calling to potential customers to introduce our suite of products including Fuel Card Services, Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Corporate Parking and Corporate Payments.</li><li>Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.</li><li>Delivering persuasive sales pitches and, where appropriate, product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting relevant benefits and features.</li><li>Closing sales deals and achieving monthly sales targets.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues or concerns.</li><li>Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.</li><li>Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Skills</h3><ul><li>Previous telesales or customer-facing sales experience in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul><h3>Benefits & Perks</h3><ul><li>Uncapped OTE</li><li>4 X Life insurance</li><li>Pension scheme 5% employer contribution</li><li>Private Healthcare</li><li>Access to LinkedIn learning</li></ul></div>
