Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established menu.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Provide support in serving meals to customers.
* Cover serving on the Bar.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferable
* Food Hygiene Level 2 an advantage.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
