Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and committed Human Resources Officer with proven experience in a generalist HR environment to join our team. This role provides general human resources support and advice to the Human Resources Manager and other WYJS Managers on a variety of HR matters in accordance with policies, procedures and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process HR documentation for all staff and maintain accurate workforce data.
• Update HR policies, templates and communications.
• Provide general HR support and advice to managers across the organisation.
• Handle multiple priorities in a busy environment, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR environment.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

• Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
