A well-established and innovative organisation with a strong presence across the UK and NI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
As Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting long-term projects and coordinating processes across departments. Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing project documentation, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuringpliance with health and safety standards. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills and a collaborative approach.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing administration for specific projects including reporting, scheduling, and stakeholdermunication
2. Maintaining accurate records and managing internal databases
3. Supporting the Management Team with performance reports and daily project tasks
4. Coordinating updates to ISO standards and health & safety documentation
5. Ensuringpliance actions arepleted on time by internal teams and contractors
6. Preparing build packs and documentation in line with construction plans
What you'll need to succeed
7. Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar administrative or project support role
8. 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above)
9. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
12. A proactive and self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail
