Our Top 100 national law firm client is continuing to invest in its Employment practice and is seeking experienced Senior Employment Lawyers (Senior Associate up to Legal Director) to join their highly regarded teams in Bristol or Birmingham. There are multiple roles available, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth and strategic development of a market-leading practice.
Your new role
You will join a highly ranked Employment team with long-standing relationships across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, local government, housing, higher education, and financial services. The firm is looking for senior lawyers who can lead on complex matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on Health Employment, advising NHS Trusts and healthcare providers on workforce issues, regulatory compliance, and employment litigation. Alternatively, you may work within General Employment, acting for employers across multiple sectors on contentious and non-contentious matters, including tribunal claims, TUPE, restructuring, and strategic HR advice.
