This one sits squarely in engineering-not delivery-and is all about deep technical expertise. You'll be the go-to for designing and assuring data models across analytical and streaming domains. Think conceptual to physical modelling, real-time pipelines, and shaping the standards that others follow. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams to make sure data is structured, scalable, and future-proof. What you'll be doing: Designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytics and streaming Defining architecture standards and best practices Collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align data models with business needs Leading on data integration, transformation, and migration strategies Owning enterprise data models, dictionaries, metadata, and lineage Optimising for performance, scalability, and compliance What we're looking for: 10 years in data architecture and modelling Deep experience with 3NF, dimensional, and Vault 2.0 modelling Real-time and streaming data know-how Hands-on with tools like Erwin, Lucidchart, PowerDesigner Strong SQL and Python skills (Snowflake or similar) AWS experience (Lambda, SNS, S3, EKS, API Gateway) Familiarity with data governance (GDPR, HIPAA) Bonus points for: DBT, Airflow, Atlan, Iceberg, CI/CD, API modelling The vibe: You'll be joining a collaborative, inclusive team that values technical excellence and continuous learning.
