Join Our Team as a Quality Manager – Drive Excellence at our I54 Wolverhampton Site We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead total quality management across our I54 site. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process, while motivating and developing a high-performing quality team. You will champion continuous improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. What You Will Be Responsible For: Lead, coach, and manage the Quality Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Standards across products, services, and processes. Ensure all customer quality requirements are met and take ownership of resolving quality issues. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. Oversee internal and external audits to maintain ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards. Maintain and enhance quality documentation, including PFMEAs, control plans, and test protocols. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, managing containment and follow-up actions. Collaborate across departments to embed quality at every stage of production. Drive site-wide quality assurance practices, using Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles. Manage quality systems (E-QMS, MES, EFACS) and laboratory operations. Collect and analyse data and KPIs to inform performance improvement initiatives. What You Are Already Great At: Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality assurance methodologies. Experience leading audits and managing quality control systems. Understanding of lean and Six Sigma methodologies Strong analytical skills and confidence with ERP systems and MS Office tools. Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting. Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset. Desirable Qualifications/Experience: Certified internal or lead auditor. Six Sigma – Black Belt Desirable Experience with EFACS, MES, or similar systems.
