The Roles.
Based in the Midlands, Buckinghamshire/Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire and the Northern Home Counties, these are inspiring opportunities for experienced individuals to flourish within our vibrant business.
We are looking for candidates with several years of experience in Main Contracting at a Site Manager and Project Manager level in the Industrial and Commercial sectors to join our fantastic team. It is a Hands-on active role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations ensuring the Project is delivered on time, safely and to budget whilst working closely with all stakeholders.
Project Manager Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to completion. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery.
Key Requirements:
* 10–15 years' main contracting experience (industrial, retail, commercial sectors).
* Experience managing projects valued £8m–£15m.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Engineering or trade background.
* CSCS card (essential).
Site Manager Role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to specification.
Key Requirements:
* 5–10 years' main contracting experience (industrial, retail, commercial sectors).
* Strong hands-on construction background.
* SMSTS & CSCS certifications.
* Full UK driving licence (regional/national travel required).
* Commitment to high safety and quality standards.
