Sales Executive | Bingley | £25k-£30k Basic | OTE £50k-£60k

We're looking for a confident, energetic Sales Executive who loves talking to people, building genuine relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in driving our UK growth. You'll be connecting with professional landscapers, garden designers, and trade customers to introduce our innovative new products and generate quality enquiries for our sales team.

Your day-to-day will include:

3. Making proactive calls to professional landscapers, designers, and merchants (we'll provide the data and training) Promoting new decking and outdoor living products with genuine enthusiasm
4. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone and email
5. Logging conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM system
6. Submitting sample requests and ensuring leads are followed through to quotation stage
7. Working to achievable targets - with excellent commission for success

What We're Looking For
8. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound lead generation
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
10. Confident speaking with trade and professional audiences
11. Organised and proactive, with good CRM discipline
12. A positive, can-do attitude and real motivation to succeed

What's in It for You
13. Basic salary £25,000-£30,000 (DOE)
14. OTE £50,000-£60,000+ through achievable commissions
15. Office-based role in Crossflatts, Bingley
16. Supportive training and product onboarding
