Overview

Sales Executive role at Hotel Co 51. You will be part of the Regional Sales team and act as a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels. You will be based in the South West – Southampton area, supporting three Moxy hotels, with travel to client sites or events as needed.


Responsibilities

* Evaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales Manager, covering Moxy Bristol, Plymouth and Southampton hotels.
* Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions.
* Join-in on sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels.
* Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.
* Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients.
* Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed.
* Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.
* Research and identify new leads.
* Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed.
* Using our CRM, SFA Web, to manage leads and track performance.
* Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts.
* Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.


Responsibilities (Continued)

* Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information.
* Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems.
* Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement.

Education and Professional Certification

* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk.
* Experience in select-service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plus.
* Previous experience in a multi-property or cluster sales role is advantageous.
