Duties
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
* Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
