Overview
The role involves selling technical solutions and products to businesses and clients. You will develop sales, specialise in lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential customers to build a sales pipeline. Your goal is to identify and engage with potential buyers through methods such as DCI Contracts, cold calling, email campaigns, exhibitions and social media outreach.
Role Responsibilities
* Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
* Follow up on leads.
* Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
* Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
* Follow up on inquiries that have been quoted, liaising with the internal and external sales team and gathering feedback regarding the status of the quotation.
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customer‑specific solutions.
