This role oversees the successful delivery of a retirement village project in Sheffield, managing all aspects of site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with trades, and ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of the retirement village project in Sheffield and manage day-to-day site operations.
* Lead a team, coordinate with trades and subcontractors, and ensure work is carried out to schedule and quality standards.
* Maintain health and safety compliance across the site.
* Monitor progress and contribute to keeping projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Site Management within the construction/build sector
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
* Ability to oversee multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing budgets and schedules
