Location: Cannock, Staffordshire Hours Per Week: Mon-Fri, 40 hours Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent ? The Labourer will: Carry out general labouring duties Carry out planned and reactive works as required within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications Working either as part of the project team or reactive maintenance teams completing small maintenance tasks under the instruction of a local site supervisor/Helpdesk without local supervision Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings, Management & replenishment of local site stock Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers Sites Waste Management Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered. Patching & Painting Overall site welfare duties Will be comfortable working at height This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the job title and the range of duties to be undertaken.
