London Residential Development
An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development prior to Practical Completion, ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class customer service journey. You should be effective in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are maintained with a proactive approach.
The ideal candidate would have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience in developing a team that provides customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.
Responsibilities
* Implement best practices within residential development and real estate to provide an excellent customer service experience on key developments in London.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
* Maintain strong communication with customers regarding construction updates.
* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure reported defects are addressed cost-effectively and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of customer service experience within Residential Real Estate in London
* Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
