Job Title: Site Manager
Location: RAF Digby and RAF Wyton
Project: New Build Residential Units
Rate: GBP280 – GBP350 per day (PAYE or Umbrella Only)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project on RAF bases between Sleaford and Huntingdon. This will be working on a new build project for a Main Contractor building new residential blocks on base.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
* Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Managing snagging lists and quality control
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
* Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates :
* Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
